Cultivating healthy, glowing skin starts from the inside out.

collagen induction therapy

Medical skin needling, also called collagen induction therapy, is a painless procedure that involves puncturing the skin with tiny needles (microneedling) to induce collagen production. Microneedling creates controlled, non-thermal micro-injury underneath the skins surface, which induces the body to create new blood vessels, elastin & collagen. The result? Smooth, plump, glowing skin.

Numbing cream is advised for this treatment.

For optimal results we recommend between 3-5 treatments spaced about 6 weeks apart.

Patients may except minor swelling, bruising and redness for 3-4 days after their treatment. Patients may also experience some dryness and flaking of the skin as they are healing. Often side-effects are mild and resolve quickly, however it is always best to plan your treatments around vacations and special events by at least 2 weeks.
